Hello Everyone! We will be having a meeting of The Bottom Line on Tuesday June 14, 2011. As some of you may know, William Renfrow has become much more involved in other ministries like Fellowship of Christian Athletes and United Carpenters for Christ. Since he has been led to other time consuming ministries he has passed The Bottom Line off to me. I hope that you will all take a minute to send William a message thanking him for his many years of service to this ministry. He certainly has greatly impacted the Spartanburg Business community for Christ!

The meeting this month is major! Former Carolina Panther, Business Man, Author, and Philanthropist Mike Minter will be our speaker! We all know that Mike Minter was successful on the football field. Did you know that he is also a very successful businessman?

If you’ve never heard Mike Minter speak before you are really in for a treat. He speaks just like he plays football! Expect to be hit! Here is a link to some of Mike’s football moments:

What: I want to remind everyone that Tuesday, June 14th, we will have our monthly meeting of “The Bottom Line.”

The Bottom Line combines:

L eadership principles

I ntegrating faith at work and at church

N etworking with other businesses

E ternal value (creating it)

When: Tuesday, June 14th from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm (Come around 11:30 AM to network with other Christian Business People)

Mike Minter has been a pillar of the Carolina Panther defense since joining the team in 1997. Known as one of the most consistent performers in professional football, Minter is a rare breed having spent his entire career with one organization. He has seen the highs of playing in the Super Bowl and the lows of a team that won but one game in a 16 game season.

An all-pro safety, Mike Minter officially retired from the Panthers on August 7, 2007. But for Minter, there is life after football.

Mike has been called a true Renaissance man. His new-found successes as businessman and philanthropist will soon rival his fame on the field. His humble demeanor and desire to give back to the community places Mike in a category of his own. His impact on fellow athletes has been enormous. His impact on his community may be even greater.

As a motivational speaker, Mike’s insights are unique, his delivery impeccable, his credentials unparalleled. He makes his listeners laugh, he makes them think and, above all, he encourages them to become everything that God intended for them.
